Acknowledge your Teaching Assignment
Teaching assignments are made one year in advance. Please confirm your teaching assignment each semester you teach by completing the form included below:
You can access the form through this link: https://uml.tfaforms.net/218403
You will need to enter your 4-digit SiS class number (shown above) on the form. We also ask that you provide us with an alternate email address and the best phone number to reach you.
A syllabus must be submitted to us as soon as possible, as well as distributed to students the first night of class.
You can find a sample syllabi at the following link: https://faculty.gps.uml.edu/wp-content/uploads/2021/08/syllabus-template-for-faculty-Spring-2021.docx
Your syllabus needs to state your requirements clearly, and indicate the specific dates for class assignments and exams. Please make sure you update your syllabus with correct dates.
Submit Your Resume
A current resume/CV should be submitted by the first class meeting. You can email your document to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Email Accounts & University Credentials

Please note your UML email address is your official email address and all correspondence to faculty will be sent to your uml.edu email address. For faculty teaching online, please use Blackboard Mail when corresponding with your students.
