Online Teaching with Blackboard

GPS offers regular online, asynchronous trainings for UML faculty who are developing and preparing to teach an online course. Our Introduction to Teaching Online with Blackboard course is a 6-week course offered in a facilitated or self-paced format. Faculty get to experience an online class as a student, while gaining proficiency with Blackboard and developing their course materials for their online course.

Participation is reserved for faculty who are approved to develop and teach an online course in GPS. If you are interested in teaching online, please connect with your department Chair or Coordinator so they can submit a request on your behalf.
