Students are made "Inactive" 2 weeks after the end of each term. When this happens, you will not be able to see your students or their grades in the Canvas Grades area. Don't worry, they are still there, you just have to do one thing to show inactive enrollments:

  1. Go to your course > Grades
  2. Hover over the "Student Name" column and click the 3 vertical dots that appear
  3. Select "Inactive enrollments"
